Product Overview

Every FPL arrives fully assembled, from the pump to the seals, so you can get straight to cleaning your fluids. Staged filtration with a range of media selections handles particulate and water removal to land your ISO Codes right on target. It fits plastic injection molding hydraulics with varnish issues and wind turbine gearboxes with tight size limits alike, and custom designs can be built to your exact application.

Upstream and downstream sample ports in the right positions on every unit
Cast iron gear pump with internal relief for durability and safety

Nominal flow at 60 Hz motor speeds. The 10 gpm pump is limited to 200 cSt with single phase power and is rated for intermittent duty above 100 psi. For water glycol or other synthetics, size the filter assembly up 1 to 2 sizes.

G8 Dualglass is Donaldson Hy-Pro's latest generation of DFE rated media for all hydraulic and lubrication fluids, with efficiency down to β3[C] ≥ 4000. Pair it with a water removal scrim or choose stainless wire mesh for coarse filtration.
