Product Overview

The FSLD brings the features of the FSL to a skid with two oversized filter housings. Staging different element ratings across the pair raises single pass efficiency, so you reach your target ISO Code in fewer passes while extending element and oil life. It is ideal for conditioning reclaimed fluids and fluids with a high dirt load, and it can be tailored for high viscosities, cold weather, or temperature sensitive components.

Two oversized coreless elements deliver lower ISO Codes over a long element life, with low disposal impact
Run the housings in series, in parallel, or isolate one for duplex operation, depending on the valve configuration
Select elements come with an integral zero-leak bypass that is renewed with every filter change
Standard 3-way inlet valve lets you add new oil through the filter before it ever reaches your system
Standard spill retention pan and a cast iron gear pump with internal relief
Sample ports in the right locations and true differential pressure gauges come standard

Nominal flow at 60 Hz motor speeds. Flow type is selected when ordering: duplex (D2), parallel (P2) or series (S). The 10 gpm pump is rated for intermittent duty above 100 psi. For water glycol or other synthetics, size the filter assembly up 1 to 2 sizes.

Media Options

Combine media across the two housings to get the most from every pass. Choose G8 Dualglass for particulate, add a water removal scrim, or use stainless wire mesh for coarse filtration. VTM media removes particulate, insoluble oxidation by-products and water, and is available on HP107 elements.
