Donaldson Hy-Pro's compact and mobile dehydration and high efficiency filtration solution. Rapidly removes free, emulsified and dissolved water and gas from hydraulic and lube oils.
V1 Compact Vacuum Dehydrator
Product Overview
A compact, mobile dehydration and high efficiency filtration solution that prevents the acidity and loss of lubrication properties caused by inefficient dehydration and high water ingression. The V1 is ideal for rapidly removing all forms of water, including free, emulsified and dissolved water, and gas from hydraulic and lube oils.
Same water and particulate removal as larger vacuum dehydrators, in a smaller package that runs on single phase power
Clear covers on the vacuum chamber and condensate tank let you watch the water come out
Dual condensate tanks, auto water level sensors and automatic drain valves for 24/7 unattended operation
Smart relay control panel runs an automatic start-up and shut-down sequence
V1S low profile model is made for marine low headspace applications and, with the S option, removes water without leaving salt behind
Can be customized or combined with other technologies, such as FRF acid removal or turbine lube oil varnish removal
